Delete your account

You can delete your PropertyEnhance account at any time, from here or from the phone app. This page explains exactly what goes and what is kept.

What is deleted

• Your login and your profile, including your name, photo and logo.
• Every listing, with the original photographs and the enhanced ones.
• Anything made from those photos — twilight versions, staged rooms, saved edits.
• Your saved presets and pin icons.
• Any credits left on the account. These are not refunded.

What is kept, and why

Records of payments you have made are kept, with your account unhitched from them. South African tax law requires a business to keep records of money it has received, so what remains is the amount, the date and the payment reference — not you.

How long it takes

Asking signs you out everywhere and schedules the deletion for seven days later. Sign in again within those seven days and you can keep the account. After that it is permanent and cannot be undone. Photographs already sent to our enhancing partner are removed on their own schedule and are not published anywhere.

If you run an agency

An agency owner cannot delete their account while the agency exists, because it would take other agents' shared credits and access with it. Turn the agency off, or hand it to another admin, and then delete your account.
